We don't expect everyone to have deep Okta expertise on day one. Several of our strongest team members learned Okta after joining. What matters more is technical curiosity, a bias toward figuring things out, and comfort working in a small team where everyone's work is visible.

A straightforward process with no surprises
We keep hiring simple. Every candidate goes through the same steps, and we respect your time at each one. You'll know where you stand throughout, and we won't disappear for weeks between stages.
We're a small team, which means hiring decisions are made by the people you'd be working with. If you have questions at any point in the process, you can ask them directly. We'd rather you have a clear picture of the role and the company before you say yes than find out it's not the right fit three months in. The whole process typically takes two to three weeks.
